See a dentist. This isn't unusual. According to my dentist, a significant portion of the population does this.
The dentist can make or can send you to someone who can make a "bite block", which is a rubber object that is fitted to her lower or upper teeth to prevent the grinding.

grinding teeth is totally common, i used to do it when i was younger and then once i got braces and got them off i got a special retainer called a splint, and it just covers my top teeth and prevents them from getting worn by my bottom when i sleep and grind my teeth without knowing it...its nothing to freak out about, but seeing a dentist about it is advised, that way he can tell you if you should get a night guard or if it isnt anything to wory about.
Help me please!

You should take her to a dentist to have an exam. He will be able to tell if she is grinding her teeth just by looking at them. He can recommend a treatment plan.

My brother is already 22 years old but still he's making that annoying sound when he sleeps. Try to folow other's suggestion on bringing that kid to a dentist. It may help her while it's early.

while it may be nothing at all a lot of children do it...sometimes the cause is stress....we as adults don't think that kids have anything to be stressed out about but they do. Have there been any major changes in her life...or someone who is paying her or him to much "attention..."?
