Sperm can live in the female body for a maximum of 5 days, and your body expells a new egg for fertilization roughly twelve days after the end of your period. The average period lasts 5 days, so 5 plus 12 equals 17 days until you can become pregnant, and the sperm can't survive nearly that long.

not very likely unless you have had a 14 day period. Your cycle starts on the first day you bleed you get pregnant between day 13 and 15 usually on your 14 day, but pregnancy isn't the only thing you can catch always use a condom
